The natural way you lean into each other, hold hands, and simply relax together says so much. Of course, we’ll capture a few posed shots, but it’s the laughter, the in-between moments, and the genuine smiles that truly tell your family’s story. Those are the moments I love to capture most.

Between the steps and the squeals of laughter…that’s where the truth of childhood lives. These are the moments I’m always watching for—honest, joyful, beautifully unposed.
We get to hang out and have fun (I promise) for an hour minimum. We’ll do some posed shots, but the best smiles are captured in between the poses, and I’ll be shooting away to capture those images. You don’t have to worry about a thing - kids in a good mood, or hubby not super excited about the session. My sessions are super casual and relaxed, and you can be assured we’ll laugh and have a great time, and it will show through in your photos.
Sessions are scheduled just before sunset (that beautiful golden hour). Turnaround time to receive galleries is "officially" two weeks, but usually much faster, with most galleries having more than 50 fully edited images!
This session includes two parents and one sibling group (immediate family only), and your fur baby too, of course!

Any time since the Central Oregon climate is so dry. Some families love a session in the snow, and some prefer to wait until it warms up a bit.
As far as time of day, we’ll photograph a couple hours before the sun starts setting!

I have several favorite spots in Redmond, Bend, and Sisters that I love to take family photos. A few ideas are Bend River Trail, Shevlin Park, Eagle Crest, etc. We’ll decide together what the best option is for your family and you can pick!

Family photo sessions are for your immediate family (one family group), but certainly extended family members can be added on to your package. It’s so special to get photos of the kids with grandma and grandpa!
