Baby toes obsessed!

One of my favorite parts of every newborn photo session isn’t just the sleepy snuggles or the family portraits — it’s the tiny details.

The wispy hair. The flaky newborn skin. The little fingers that curl around yours. The soft rolls, the button nose, the impossibly tiny toes. All the details.

These are the features that change in the blink of an eye. The newborn scrunch stretches out. The wrinkles smooth. The fingers grow longer. And before you know it, those brand-new details are just a memory.

Yes, you can absolutely snap photos on your phone (and you should!). But there’s something incredibly special about capturing these moments with professional equipment and a dedicated macro lens. It allows me to photograph every delicate texture and tiny feature in a way that feels artistic, intentional, and timeless — preserving them exactly as they are in this fleeting season.

These little details deserve to be remembered.
